Terms for using Index Ledger.
These terms govern Index Ledger workspaces, provider integrations, search evidence, content operations, subscriptions, collaboration, and external actions.
Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Metro Elite Transfer LLC for use of Index Ledger. Questions about these terms may be sent to info@metroelitetransfer.com. The Privacy Policy explains how the service processes workspace data.
Authorized use
You must have authority to connect each property, provider account, repository, billing account, and content source. You are responsible for workspace members, submitted instructions, approved claims, media rights, and compliance with provider terms and applicable law.
Provider outcomes
Sitemap submissions, URL inspections, IndexNow notifications, eligible-page publishing receipts, Bing submissions, analytics observations, and content recommendations do not guarantee crawling, indexing, ranking, traffic, conversions, or revenue.
Restricted Indexing API
You may use Google’s Indexing API only for pages that satisfy Google’s current eligibility requirements. Index Ledger performs technical checks, but you remain responsible for the truthfulness and policy compliance of the underlying job or livestream content.
Content and media
You must not provide false evidence, copied competitor content, fabricated testimonials, unsupported claims, or media without a publishable rights basis. Human approval applies to the exact artifact presented for review.
Subscriptions
Paid access is governed by the plan selected in hosted Stripe checkout and the resulting signed webhook projection. Provider quotas and availability are separate from workspace plan limits. Cancellation and renewal details are shown in the hosted billing portal.
Availability and changes
The service may change to preserve security, provider compatibility, legal compliance, or operational integrity. External providers can change or withdraw APIs independently. Material product or legal changes should be communicated through the deployed service.
