How Index Ledger collects, uses, and protects workspace data.
This policy explains the account, provider, URL, analytics, content, billing, security, and audit information processed to operate Index Ledger and the actions you authorize.
Information processed
Index Ledger may process account profile details received during authentication; workspace membership and role data; connected-property identifiers; URLs, page titles, sitemap records, inspection results, provider performance evidence, approved content inputs and artifacts, usage records, billing identifiers, and security or audit events.
Connected providers
When a workspace connects Google, Bing, Stripe, GitHub, DeepSeek, ExifCut, or another supported provider, Index Ledger sends only the information required for the requested operation under that provider’s own terms. Provider-returned data remains labeled by source.
Purposes
Information is used to authenticate members, authorize workspace actions, operate URL and search workflows, create requested content artifacts, enforce usage limits, process billing, secure the service, diagnose failures, and retain an operational audit trail.
Storage and protection
Production data is designed for Cloudflare D1 and R2. Provider tokens and stored repository credentials are encrypted or hashed as appropriate. Browser code does not receive server secrets or reusable provider credentials. The security page explains the service’s workspace, session, credential, webhook, and job boundaries in more detail.
Operator and contact
This service is operated by Metro Elite Transfer LLC. Privacy, access, correction, export, and deletion requests may be sent to info@metroelitetransfer.com.
Retention and control
Workspace administrators control member access, connections, content destinations, and approved operations. Some records are retained to enforce billing, security, provider receipts, and audit obligations. Requests concerning access, correction, export, or deletion should be directed through the account administrator or the published support contact.
Changes
This policy may change as integrations and legal requirements evolve. Material changes should be reflected here with a revised effective date before they apply. Use of the service is also subject to the Index Ledger Terms of Service.
